Tamara Ceaser

Behavioral Therapist

Tamara is a graduate student in the Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling Program at Houston Baptist University. She earned a second Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Wellness Management from Houston Baptist University. Tamara has worn multiple hats with the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Most recently, she has worked in Education within the public school system both academically and attending to the social emotional needs of high school students.

Tamara places high value on the family unit and wants to provide a safe space for people to “talk about it”. Tamara defines “it” as anything that causes a disruption to an individual’s overall mental health. She enjoys collaborating with individuals, families, and couples struggling with communication issues, behavioral problems, grief, anxiety, parenting, ADHD, Autism and depression. In addition, she works with mothers struggling with post-partum depression and body dysmorphia. She plans to take a holistic and diverse approach to counseling applying cognitive behavioral theoretical techniques and modalities.
